we package our meals in BPA-free, recyclable containers that are microwave, freezer, & dishwasher safe. reheating and cleanup are a breeze!

enjoy fresh, ready-to-eat meals without wasted packaging or forgotten groceries in the back of the fridge (looking at you spinach!)

for added sustainability, we offer a reusable Insulated “green” bag for our deliveries (Optional).

food waste

combining our online preorder system with our grab & go network allows us to cook only what’s needed for the week, minimizing waste.

we use state-of-the-art equipment to rapidly cook & cool our meals. this maximizes our yield, nutrient retention, and freshness.

anything left unsold in our Grab & go fridges is donated to a local shelter to support our local community and further minimize waste.

supply chain

we handle fulfillment of deliveries, pickups, & grab & go fridges all within our team using our eco-friendly refrigerated delivery van.

You get to sit home & relax instead of battling traffic and grocery store crowds.

our innovative grab & go fridges allow us to serve our delicious meals to you 24/7 across the state while using less than 7 square feet of space and about $1/day of electricity.

Coalition kitchen was founded by Carl Escriva and Max Dorin, two NC State University graduates who met while working in the bar and restaurant industry. We created coalition kitchen as a solution to a problem that many people struggle with.
